How long do your treats last and how should I store them?

Classic, NYC Style & Premium Cookies

Best enjoyed within 5 days from the day of collection. Store in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Alternatively, freeze immediately upon collection or delivery to lock in freshness. Thaw for 24hrs and enjoy your treat within 3 days.

Brownies

Best enjoyed within 5 days from the day of collection. Store in an airtight container at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. Extend your brownie shelf life to 7 days if kept in an airtight container in the fridge. Take your brownies out of the Fridge at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Alternatively, freeze immediately upon collection or delivery to lock in freshness. Thaw for 24hrs and enjoy your treat within 3 days.

Sheet Cakes

Best enjoyed within 2 Days. Store as advised when your cake is collected. Cakes containing buttercream or other perishable fillings require refrigeration.

If you are not planning to enjoy your treats straight away, please follow the storage advice provided with your order.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our products are made using ingredients that may contain allergens, including gluten, milk, eggs, soya, Sulphur Dioxide and nuts. Specific allergens vary between products and are listed on each product page.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide the relevant ingredient and allergen information.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

As Audelicious Treats is a home baking business, our kitchen handles a range of allergens. We use shared equipment and cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the product with you.

Do you offer delivery?

Postal delivery is coming soon - We are currently trialling our packaging and delivery service to make sure your treats arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Do you offer local collection?

Yes. Local collection is available from B29, Birmingham.

Collection times will be specified each week and the exact Collection place will be communicated once your order is placed. Please wait for confirmation of your collection time before coming to collect your order.

How do I place an order?

Most available products can be ordered directly through our website.

For products that are collection only, or for personalised cakes and larger orders, please use the enquiry form or contact us before ordering to enquire about availability.

For weekly cookie orders, please check the ordering deadline shown on the website, as orders may need to be placed by a specific day.

How much notice do I need for a cake?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for celebration cakes and specific dates.

Cake orders are subject to availability, and some designs may require more preparation time. Please contact us with your preferred date, cake size, flavour and any design ideas, and we'll let you know what is possible.

Can I choose my cookie flavours?

Yes, where a mixed box allows flavour choices, you can select your preferred flavours from the options available on the product page.

Our Classic, NYC style cookies and Premium stuffed cookies have different flavour ranges, so please check the individual product listing for the choices available.

Can I order for a special occasion or as a gift?

Absolutely! Our cookies, brownies, sheet cakes and other treats can make lovely gifts or additions to celebrations.

If you have a larger order, specific date or personalised cake in mind, please contact us in advance so we can check availability.
